Conditions of Entry:

All sculptures must meet the conditions of entry.  Entries not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.  All entries must follow the theme.  Entries must not be made from hazardous nor toxic materials.  All entries must stand at least 1m tall. All entries are to be located onsite no later than the closing time for entries.  No late entries will be accepted.  The official entry form is to lodged with the Werai Teahouse & Nursery no later than when the entries close - 5.00pm Saturday 10th September 2011. Judging will be from the general public via a gold coin donation.  The entry receiving the most money will be determined the winner.  Voting will close and the winner announced at 4.00pm on Sunday 16th October 2011. The winners prize will be $500 cash.  All monies raised by voting shall be given to the nominated charity. By accepting these conditions of entry, the winner is agreeing to part ownership of the entry to the Werai Teahouse & Nursery in exchange for the winners prize.  Hence if you win: you get the $500 prize and the Teahouse gets the sculpture.  All non-winning entries can be collected from the site no earlier than 8am Monday 17th October 2011.  Any non-winning entries still onsite by Monday 24th October 2011 can either be donated to the Teahouse, or they will be disposed of by the Werai Teahouse & Nursery.  The Werai Teahouse & Nursery will command a commission of 10% for any entries sold at the conclusion of the competition.
